Meet the CEO
It all begins with the character and leadership qualities of our founder, Penny Byram, who believes that professionalism and high ethical standards are a must. She strives to live up to them holds others accountable as well. Open, honest and straightforward, Penny leads by example, which has won her the respect of her workers, the management team, and her clientele. Penny steps in when necessary to provide hands-on care to patients needing service or training workers on special skills. She also takes time to teach her workers how to gain respect and self-esteem.
Background
Established in 1995 as a caregiving registry dedicated to providing comfort and compassion to the sick and elderly, Professional Health Care Consultants, Inc. (PHCSI) offers the highest quality care in home or hospital settings to clients while giving respite to the clients’ families. PHCSI provides private-duty care for the elderly 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. With the motto “Your Loved Ones Are Our Loved Ones”, PHCSI focuses on chemistry between client and caregiver, as well as dedicated service and accountability. Rates reflect the level and timing of the care needed with special arrangements available.
Focusing on delivering compassion and client satisfaction, PHCSI caregivers become almost like part of the families they serve. Quality of care depends on properly matching the experience of each worker to the special needs of the client.
PHCSI operates as a team, with everyone dedicated to its success and compassion. Reliability and dependability of the workforce are hallmarks of PHCSI. Having a good management team and a well-trained staff ensures that clients receive the quality of service they pay for and deserve. As PHCSI grows, it maintains good rapport with the workers because of the integral part they play in the company.
