Headaches are a very common condition many people have at least once or twice a month because of stress from work or at home. Lastly, do not try to live with severe headaches for so long. If you notice that your headaches occur long and often and that you cannot stand your surrounding noise, light, and/or activity. Visit your doctor right away.
