When I was looking for a care-giving agency to help my husband, it was important that the people be dependable, prompt, courteous, attentive and resourceful. They also had to keep my beloved husband clean, alert and interestingly occupied. I am very glad to recommend Professional Health Care Services Inc. We have been using them for over four years, and have enjoyed the excellent care of our present caregiver, Reggie Ramos. For three and an half of these years he has proven to be conscientious, honest, prompt and caring, and my husband has responded to this in a very positive way. In fact, Reggie is almost like a member of our family and has shared in many of our special celebrations.Although we now have hospice, it can in no way substitute for the personal tough and warmth of our caregiver’s efforts.

Professional Health Care Services provided full-time in-home care for my husband for the last five years of his life. My husband suffered from advanced Parkinson’s disease complicated by Diffused Lewy Body Dementia. I can only say that the care my husband received was exceptionally loving and professional. His helpers were very well trained, and they treated him with respect as well as loving care. I would recommend Professional Health Care Services and Penny Byram without reservations to anyone who is in need of in-home help for a medical condition. As a result of having these helpers in my home, I was able to enjoy the last few years with my husband without anxiety as to his care. I always knew he was in excellent hands and I was free just to be his wife and friend.

We have had numerous hospice patients for whom Professional Health Care Services. Inc. assumed primary care responsibilities. Our experience with their services has been very positive, which helped lessen the stress levels of our patients and their families.
